RIP-STOP SHEET 

 

TESTED  18.9 Degrees Celsius reduction in temperature

 

Reflective foil laminated ONE SIDE to a RIP-STOP base.

The RIP-STOP sheet is the premium sheet in our range and the most durable due to the RIP-STOP base.

All webbing is stitched either single or double to ensure maximum strength.

38-50mm Storm straps (webbing) sewn around edges.

All webbing is installed on top of the reflective sheet to ensure maximum strength, thereby limiting wind uplift related damage.

The webbing protrudes 100mm past all corners, enabling ample space for eyelet installation.

THERMO-CRYLIC SHEET

 

TESTED  +- 5 Degrees Celsius reduction in temperature

 

Reflective Acrylic coating ONE SIDE to a RIP-STOP base.

The THERMO-CRYLIC sheet is the most durable reflective sheet in our range.

This does not have a foil laminate, but a reflective acrylic coating that cannot de-laminate in time as with laminated foils.

38-50mm Storm straps (webbing) sewn around edges.

The Acrylic coating is not as highly reflective as our foil ranges and this sheet does give lower thermal reduction figures, but it is more durable than the reflective foil ranges.

All webbing and storm strap designs are identical to the other ranges we manufacture.

TESTED  18.9 Degrees Celsius reduction in temperature

 

Reflective foil laminated ONE SIDE to a woven HDPE base.

The woven component gives the product much of its bulk and strength.

HDPE is stronger than low-density polyethylene and less brittle than polypropylene and when woven into a fabric the higher strength is in both length and width.

This it is less susceptible to tearing under stress and will take much longer to ‘crack’

due to overuse (from being folded up etc).

HDPE also delivers the best results of traditional plastics in terms of UV resistance  

and ‘weathering’
